We’re seeking an approachable and hard working administrator to join a market leading automotive dealership.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are a detail-oriented individual with administrative experience, we encourage you to apply.
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Warranty Administrator will be required to work on-site at our office location.
Responsibilities :
– Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation
– Maintain warranty records and files
– Coordinate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
– Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
– Assist in resolving warranty disputes or discrepancies
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims
– Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of warranty transactions
– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Experience :
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Experience within an automotive or similar industry
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
