The job:

Manage a small team to deliver outstanding customer service
Call existing customers to ensure they retain their memberships.
Deal with customers in person, over the phone, and email.
Support the marketing team and spot opportunities to increase the members.
Deal with social media accounts.
About you:

We’re looking for someone with a proven sales ability and team-management experience.
Membership sales experience is preferred.
Good computer skills and understanding of social media.
