An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager.
  • Drive vehicle sales, profitability and departmental performance.
  • Manage used vehicle stock, pricing and margin control.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company processes.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade.
  • Commercial vehicle, van or automotive dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and profit targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and dealership processes.
