Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a motivated and organised person to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in finding, engaging, and supporting top talent for our clients.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll:
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
- Screen CVs and pre-qualify candidates over the phone
- Build and maintain candidate talent pools for current and future roles
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Update and manage our CRM system with accurate candidate information
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to deliver an exceptional service to clients and candidates alike
- Train to become a Recruitment Consultant.
About You
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident phone manner and ability to build relationships quickly
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Previous experience in recruitment or a sales/customer service environment is desirable but not essential
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
