Previous Sales or Recruitment Experience is required to be considered.

You will be joining a passionate, energetic and collaborative recruitment team, finding talented individuals for roles in one our specialist divisions!

What will you be doing?

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, networking and headhunting, briefing them on the opportunities offered by our clients to match them into suitable roles.
• Registering all candidates on our CRM system and keeping records updated.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, and managing the interview process with candidates and clients.
• Conducting effective interviews with candidates to assess suitability for our clients.
• Own and manage the whole candidate process through our CRM system.
• Work closely with the Divisional Manager to fill vacancies and to manage clients.
