We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join the team at Overstone Lakes Holiday Park.

Set within beautiful lakes and woodland, our park offers a relaxed, welcoming environment for holiday homeowners and guests. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests and visitors to the park
• Handling enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Managing bookings, check-ins, and general reception duties
• Providing information about park facilities and local area
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using basic computer systems
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Flexible availability (weekends & peak periods required)

Desirable:

• Previous reception, customer service, or hospitality experience
• Experience in a holiday park or leisure setting
