Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead the parts department. This is a key position within the business, responsible for managing a successful team while delivering excellent service to both internal departments and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the parts department
• Maintain stock control and ensure optimal inventory levels
• Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve targets
• Lead, develop, and motivate the parts team
• Work closely with service and sales departments
• Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
• Automotive industry background is essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercially aware with a results-driven approach
• Good knowledge of dealership systems (DMS)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
