We are looking for an experienced and driven Membership Sales Manager to lead the sales function of a busy and well-established leisure centre in Farnham.

The Role

As Membership Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales performance within the club.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the membership sales team
• Driving new member acquisition and hitting monthly revenue targets
• Managing day-to-day sales activity and performance
• Creating a high-energy, target-driven sales culture
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates
