We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join the team full-time at Overstone Lakes Holiday Park.

Set within beautiful lakes and woodland, the park offers a peaceful environment with a range of facilities that require ongoing upkeep. This is a varied role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out general maintenance across the park
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and repair work
• Grounds maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas
• Responding to maintenance requests from guests and homeowners
• Supporting with health & safety checks and compliance
• Assisting with seasonal preparation and general site improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
• Experience in general maintenance or a trade background
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Flexible and willing to work weekends when required

Desirable:

• Experience working in a holiday park, caravan park, or similar environment
• Basic qualifications in plumbing, electrical, or maintenance trades
