Job Summary
:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes. The ideal applicant will possess analysis skills and experience with Salesforce to optimise account performance and maximise revenue opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Drive sales growth across all products and services.
  • Develop proposals, agreements, and key account plans.
  • Work with marketing teams to maximise business opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events.
  • Provide market insights to the regional team.
  • Use internal systems to maximise customer performance and awareness.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience as a key point of contact.
  • Produce sales performance reports for management.
  • Handle hire enquiries and orders when required.
