Join our growing and reputable business in 2024 as an experienced HGV Technician. With years of expertise in commercial heavy vehicles, we are seeking skilled individuals to carry out heavy vehicle maintenance and repairs in our state of the art workshops! The day-to-day:

Working alongside a team of qualified and knowledgeable mechanics, you will be actively involved in helping us maintain our heavy goods vehicles. We have locations supplying DAF, SCANIA, Mercedes, Volvo and IVECO and main-dealership experience with these brands will be favoured.

As an integral part of our team, you will:

Diagnose and repair faults on HGV vehicles.
Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing of HGV vehicles.
Carry out vehicle inspections in accordance with legal requirements.
Carry out repairs and replacements of parts on HGV vehicles.
Test drive vehicles to ensure they are safe and functioning correctly.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out on HGV vehicles.
What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be NVQ Level 3 qualified in HGV Mechanics or have years of experience perfecting their skill set. Thriving in small close-knit teams, you’ll be an asset to the workshop. You’ll have a strong work ethic and a sense of camaraderie. Plus a dedication to excellence in your craft. We don’t require you to hold an HGV license, but a Cat B license will be necessary.
