The Role

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen and lead your team to deliver high standards consistently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all kitchen operations and service delivery
• Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Overseeing stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Working closely with the Complex Manager to support the overall success of the restaurant

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Ideally has experience within holiday parks or high-volume leisure environments
• Is confident leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced service environment
• Has strong knowledge of stock management, ordering, and cost control
• Is highly organised with a strong focus on standards and compliance
• Brings energy, leadership, and a hands-on approach
