As a Commercial Vehicle Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing accident-damaged commercial vehicles and producing accurate repair estimates while supporting the smooth progression of repairs through the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting and assessing accident-damaged HGVs, LGVs and commercial vehicles.
• Producing accurate repair estimates using Audatex and manufacturer repair methods.
• Identifying repair methods, replacement parts and labour operations.
• Liaising with insurers, engineers, customers, fleet operators and third parties.
• Working closely with workshop, parts and operations teams to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
• Negotiating repair costs where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal management systems.
• Ensuring service level agreements and estimating targets are achieved.
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times.

About You

• Previous experience as a Commercial Vehicle Estimator, Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), Damage Assessor or Estimator.
• Experience assessing commercial vehicle or HGV accident damage.
• A strong understanding of commercial vehicle repair methods and accident repair processes.
• Experience using Audatex or other industry-standard estimating software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence (preferred).
