The two roles

• Days (rotating): £33,487.74 per annum — Monday to Friday, alternating weekly: Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm (0600–1400), Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (1400–2200)
• Nights (fixed): £39,000 per annum — Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am (2200–0600)

What you’ll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain machinery in your department
• Install and adjust tooling and jigs to meet quality standards
• Carry out first-off inspections and ongoing quality checks
• Load and unload components safely
• Meet production targets and report any issues promptly
• Stamp and verify finished products for quality compliance

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Good communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Reliable and flexible, comfortable with your chosen shift pattern
