Up to £75,000 + Annual Bonus Scheme (Performance Based)

 

Role Purpose

To provide Executive support (limited to Diary and Travel) to two Senior executives (closely aligned schedule) and drive Project Management Disciplines across international Executive team.

 

Key Accountabilities

Provide Executive support to the Group CEO and Group Commercial Director / Chief of Staff including diary and travel management and administration – email (inbox) management is not required.

Arrangement of meetings, minute taking, circulation and tracking of actions.

Support the timely and effective delivery of key Group and Business Projects through;

Driving effective Project Planning and Project Management – while ensuring Business and Functional leaders retain ownership and accountability. Specifically, but not exclusively:

•Project definition – aims, objectives, scope, deliverables, opportunities, risks, measures of success

•Project planning including ensuring key deadlines are recognized accepted and met

•Organisation of Project Reviews including agenda and actions/issues logs.

•Monitoring and reporting on delivery of key objectives. Confirmation of achievements and escalation of risks

•Post Project Review Analysis – what worked, what didn’t, why, what should we repeat, or do differently, next time

 

Key Skills and Experience

Project Management – proven successful experience of supporting projects

PRINCE 2 qualification or similar would be helpful

Diary/Travel management and administration

Excellent IT and presentation skills. Able to “tell a story”.

Excellent time management, accuracy and attention to detail

A second European language (Spanish or French) would be helpful – but not required

Intellectually strong but also practical. Able to deliver a solution as well as a theory

Willing to work long hours and/or travel, as required
