I am recruiting for an exciting business based in Cullompton in a quirky office. The successful candidate must have experience in Linux, strong in project management, people management skills, Javascript.

Key Responsibilities of the Tech Ops Team Leader:

● Schedule and launch interactive advertising campaigns in timely and accurate manner using the ad serving system

● Forecasting and reporting

● Review all incoming creatives for compliance with technical specifications and content restrictions

● Work directly with customers/designers to collect creative assets 

● Modify/test HTML files and 3rd party tags to ensure ad server compatibility

● Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for optimisation

● Proactively investigate issues with clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues

● Work closely with assigned Account Executives and Ad Operations to communicate any/all changes to campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, de-activations, delivery issues, billing issues, optimisation suggestions, etc. 

● Process creative changes and change orders

● Communicate positively to your team and show direction

● Build motivation and confidence within the team

● Bring ideas to the table to move the business forward

● Ensuring SLAs are not breached

● Chair and take minutes of Tech Ops team meetings

● Keep up to date on industry changes, communicating these outward to the internal teams

● Inboxes are tidy and up to date for the group and team members and emails moved to correct folders

● Be the go to person for any issues prior to them being escalated to higher management

● Be the escalation point for any complaints

● Ensuring that no companies assigned document is done for their team

● Carrying out or arranging training schedules

● Identifying error patterns

● Assist in staff development

● Monthly billing sheet is highlight for EOM

● No placements on Trafficking sheet is corrected by team

● Meet and greet / Tour / Introductions of new staff in your team

● All tickets are closed for EOM billing - this may require a late finish

● Ensuring staff have completed tickets requiring closing by the end of the day

● Informing management on resource levels

● Informing management on any staff issues they should be aware of
