We are seeking an experienced Customer Service advisor to work within our clients busy warehouse department.
This role is to cover maternity and is due to start in early October.
Your duties will include:-
Dealing with customers both over the telephone and via emai
Rejecting returns if necessary and informing customers of the relevant terms and
Raising online returns, ensuring that they are completed accurately.
Raising courier collections for applicable returns.
Raising warranty claims and taking ownership throughout the process.
Raising direct delivery returns, contacting suppliers for collection, ensuring goods go back
to the supplier correctly and logging RMAs on relevant spreadsheet.
Dealing with courier collection exceptions, ensuring charges are applied where applicable.
Raising courier claims within the correct time frame and passing the completed claim
request forms to accounts.
Booking in and inspecting returns.
Crediting all applicable returns.
Crediting courier claims and transferring to courier claims.
Transferring returns into the relevant stock location and ensuring the physical stock
is correct so that Warehouse can put the goods away.
To maintain the accuracy of the collections/returns spreadsheet.
Tracking orders for customers and providing proof of delivery when requested.
Chase outstanding claims with customers.
Cover Customer Services Co-ordinator when they are on holiday.
